Honey is measured by weight rather than by volume. White or Golden varies in color from field to field. 

When you see 'Ontario No.1' you know the honey comes from Ontario, and is inspected & graded as such.

All Stewart's Honey products comes from our hives placed in ORGANIC, NON-Sprayed Ontario fields & farms.

Nutritional quality is basically the same for all honeys coming from each field the bees draw upon. However, you can look for products that state 'unifloral' or 'multifloral' if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies. Some years, when a plant type gets their ideal weather, there will be more nectar or pollen yield in that season.

(P.S. If you see honey that simply has "Canada" on the label, oftentimes that product is mixed, with maybe 10% Canadian honey, with the rest being international honeys or worse: corn syrup)
